1. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using CYIN Solutions’ website or digital services, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the services. If you act for an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to bind it.
2. Eligibility
You must be legally capable of accepting these terms. Users under 18 must use the services with the involvement and consent of a parent, guardian or authorised educational institution.
3. Our services
CYIN provides information and services relating to cyber security, blockchain development, AI model development and deployment, entrepreneurship, business consultancy, motivation, education and digital trust. Availability, scope, fees and delivery terms may vary. A written proposal, enrolment confirmation or service agreement will control if it conflicts with these general terms.
4. CYRA AI assistant
CYRA provides educational information and general guidance. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete or outdated and must be independently checked before important decisions. CYRA is not a substitute for qualified legal, security, financial or other professional advice.
Cyber-security guidance must be used only for defensive, ethical and expressly authorised activity. You remain responsible for your instructions, decisions and use of any output.
5. Academy, programmes and job assistance
Course descriptions, durations, outcomes, certification and delivery formats describe the intended programme and may be updated. Any price, schedule, refund right or assessment requirement will be stated in the applicable enrolment or written offer.
“Job assistance”, career guidance, internships and industry certificates do not guarantee employment, salary, placement, admission, promotion or professional licensing. Results depend on the learner, assessment, employer and market conditions.
6. Certificate verification
Verification confirms only the status recorded in CYIN’s system at the time of the lookup. Certificates may be corrected, suspended or revoked. A ledger reference or hash is an integrity reference and does not by itself create a government approval, professional licence or blockchain guarantee.
You must not forge, alter, misrepresent, scrape in bulk or misuse certificate information.
7. Acceptable use
You must not:
- break any law, access a system without permission, or use the service to facilitate cybercrime;
- create or distribute malware, stolen credentials, phishing, exploit automation or harmful instructions;
- bypass authentication, probe private administration areas, overload the service or interfere with other users;
- impersonate another person, submit false information, harass others or infringe privacy;
- copy, scrape, reverse engineer or commercially exploit the service except where law expressly permits; or
- upload confidential or sensitive information unless you are authorised and the service expressly requests it.
Good-faith security research must follow our Responsible Disclosure Policy.
8. Accounts and administrative access
You are responsible for protecting credentials and activity under your access. Administrative areas are restricted to authorised personnel. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use. We may suspend access to protect users, data or the platform.
9. Intellectual property and your content
CYIN’s name, marks, site design, course materials, software and original content are owned by CYIN or its licensors and protected by law. No ownership is transferred to you. You may use public content for personal, non-commercial learning unless stated otherwise.
You retain rights in content you submit. You give CYIN a limited permission to host, process and transmit it only as needed to operate, secure and improve the requested service and meet legal obligations.
10. Third-party services and links
Our services may rely on or link to hosting, AI, authentication, social-media and other third-party services. CYIN does not control their availability, content or independent practices. Third-party terms may also apply.
11. Availability and changes
We aim to provide reliable services but may modify, suspend or discontinue features for maintenance, security, legal or business reasons. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.
12. Disclaimers and limitation
To the extent permitted by law, services are provided “as available” without implied guarantees beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. CYIN is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, lost profit, lost data or decisions made solely from AI or educational content.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude or limits mandatory consumer rights.
13. Suspension, termination and responsibility
We may restrict or terminate access for a serious or repeated breach, unlawful conduct, security risk or non-payment under an applicable agreement. You remain responsible for loss directly caused by your unlawful use or material breach, subject to applicable law.
14. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The parties should first attempt good-faith resolution by contacting CYIN. Courts of competent jurisdiction in India will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory law or a separate written agreement.
15. Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will show the new effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms where permitted by law.
